REFLEXOLOGY: Lymph Drainage

Reflexology Lymph Drainage is an award winning reflexology technique (researched and developed by Sally Kay BSc) which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. Its aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. Sally developed this unique sequence whilst working in Cancer Care, and the results appear to support the theory of reflexology.

MLD (Manual Lymphatic drainage) is used to treat conditions other than lymphoedema, and RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage) may be used similarly.

MLD may be useful with the following conditions:  Arthritis - Asthma - Eczema - Chronic fatigue - Fibromyalgia - ME - Sinus problems - Migraines - Headaches - Muscular tension - Aches and pains - Premenstrual Syndrome....
