Please note this will take place via a telephone call - not in person.  I will call you at the time you schedule when you book - this will not be a video call.

As a new client, an initial consultation is required, prior to any treatment, to discuss and establish your needs.  I will call you during which time we will also complete all the necessary paperwork. 

 

You may book a treatment at the same time as your Initial Consultation, but please ensure it takes place at least 2 days after your consultation.  ​If I call and you do not answer, I will try twice more at 5 minute intervals, if I cannot get in touch with you during this time, you will need to schedule another consultation at your expense.

 

​If you should become unwell prior to your appointment, please reschedule your appointment giving a minimum of 24 hours notice - see Terms & Conditions.

 

​If you should develop symptoms of illness or test positive for Covid-19 within two weeks after your appointment, please let me know immediately to protect others.  Please refer to the T&C's.​Any questions, please feel free to contact me.​
