TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A 50% booking fee is required on all appointments at time of booking.

Please use the BOOK ONLINE facility to book an appointment. If you contact me by email or telephone, you will be asked to book online. When booking online, payment is required during the booking process. Payment can be made via Debit/Credit Card or Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to make a booking).
​Appointment Reminders are provided via email and text message (please note that the text message is a ‘no reply’ service). Whilst I do appreciate that emergencies crop up from time to time and appointments have to be cancelled/rescheduled, please be aware that I do reserve the right to charge for a missed appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice - appointments cannot always be reallocated at such short notice. Please appreciate my business is wholly dependant on my sessions having clients and, whilst these policies are not nice to enforce, they are a necessity to ensure all my business running costs are still covered despite the income lost from a cancelled or missed appointment. ​​

CANCELLATION OUTSIDE 24 HOURS
Any fees paid in advance will be held on account for your next appointment, or refunded to you.

CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS / NO SHOW
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours then your booking fee will be forfeit.
If you do not turn up for your appointment full payment will be expected as your appointment cannot be reallocated.
IF YOU CANCEL SHORT NOTICE DUE TO ILLNESS
If you cancel within 24 hours due to illness, you will have 4 weeks within which to reschedule your appointment. The rescheduled appointment must take place within four weeks of the original appointment, after which time your deposit will be forfeit. If you rebook and subsequently cancel, your deposit will be forfeit.

IF YOU ARRIVE AND CANNOT BE TREATED (see Contraindications)
As the appointment cannot be reallocated, the full amount will be due and payable.

IF YOU ARRIVE LATE
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for a 60 minute appointment, it is not always practical to commence treatment, or extend the appointment time. However, the full fee will be charged.

RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT
There is a button at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email that will allow you to reschedule your own appointments up to 24 hours beforehand. Please note if you reschedule an appointment 3 times consecutively, it will be declined on the 4th and the deposit forfeit as a 'no show'. Each time you book you are taking an appointment from someone who may need it more than you. Appointments cannot always be refilled at short notice.

PACKAGES
Pre-paid packages are valid for 3 years.
They are not transferable to another person.
Refunds are not given on packages.
As the packages are 'discounted' services, if you choose to cease the treatments, the full treatment price for those treatments redeemed will be deducted from the amount paid, and a credit will be issued for the remaining balance.
This method is applied to all prepaid packages.

RECORDS
In line with legal requirements, records are retained for a period of 7 years, after which time they are destroyed. If you have not received treatment within that 7 year period, you will need to re-register with an Initial Consultation.
