TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A 50% booking fee is required on all appointments at time of booking. 

Please use the BOOK ONLINE facility to book an appointment.  If you contact me by email or telephone, you will be asked to book online.  When booking online, payment is required during the booking process.  Payment can be made via Debit/Credit Card or Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to make a booking).

Appointment Reminders are provided via email and text message (please note that the text message is a ‘no reply’ service).  Whilst I do appreciate that emergencies crop up from time to time and appointments have to be cancelled, please be aware that I do reserve the right to charge for a missed appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice. Whilst these policies are not nice to enforce, they are a necessity to ensure all my business running costs are still covered despite the income lost from a cancelled or missed appointment.

CANCELLATION OUTSIDE 24 HOURS

Any fees paid in advance will be held on account for your next appointment.

CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS / NO SHOW

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment you forfeit your booking fee.

 

IF YOU ARRIVE AND CANNOT BE TREATED

Any payment made less a £10 fee will be held on account for your next appointment.  If you choose not to rebook your payment will be forfeit.  If you rebook and then cancel the rebooked appointment at any time, your deposit will be forfeit.

IF YOU ARRIVE LATE

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for a 60 minute appointment, it is not always practical to commence treatment, or extend the appointment time. However, the full fee will be charged.
